Great products, tolerable website

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! We had to remodel our kitchen and I wanted a taste of Iran in the look of the new small kitchen. So we chose accent tiles from your collection. It was so easy to put in the order online and they arrived very quickly to Chicago all in perfect condition.
