Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. Everything I purchased is absolutely gorgeous! and I love them The delivery was fast, and the packaging was perfect. However, the 4 * s is due to one of items that wasn’t the color I ordered—it’s different from what was shown on the website. I’m currently trying to get this resolved, and I hope it can be sorted out quickly.Thank you

Great service, great packaging, everything arrived intact. The items, are all individually wrapped, boxed and bagged! So if you're gifting, you don't need to do anything! The gift boxes and bags are very nice. There was a little surprise for me in the package too! Overall I'm very satisfied with the service, AND the quality of the items
