I recently bought a beautiful handcrafted Persian backgammon and a set of ceramic plates from Persis Collection, and I’m thrilled with my purchase! The quality is outstanding—both items are even more stunning in person. The Khatam backgammon quality, a true statement piece, and the plates add a lovely Persian artisanal touch to my table. The customer service was fantastic too. I was kept informed throughout the process, and everything arrived safely and on time. It felt like opening a special gift! Thank you Persis

Great products, tolerable website

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

Quality product & delivery

This was a gift for my father and he loved it. I was conerned about overseas delivery but it arrived in perfect condition. The original delivery address needed to be changed but the logistics provider was very professional and responsive. Very good experience and I will purchase again in the future.
