Beautiful items, great service!

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I love that I was sent a ceramic Nourooz egg as a gift in the box with my order. What a lovely touch, it made me so happy :) Everything was so carefully packaged and presented, it all arrived in perfect condition. I will definately order again and highly recommend this company as a genuine, high quality service where your custom is valued. Thank you to Arya and the Persis collection team.

Gorgeous

We had to remodel our kitchen and I wanted a taste of Iran in the look of the new small kitchen. So we chose accent tiles from your collection. It was so easy to put in the order online and they arrived very quickly to Chicago all in perfect condition. I also had a lovely phone conversation when i called to ask a questions about one of the tiles before we ordered. They are gorgeous and I will always have a little bit of Iran when I am cooking! HIGHLY RECOMMONDED

I hardly ever post a review here (specially if I am pleased with my order) but as it was my first time ordering from Persis Collection and it exceeded my expectations, I decided to leave a review. I ordered a couple of beautiful pomegranate-shaped bowls. They were dispatched the next day (got regular email updates from the courier company) and arrived very quickly. The packaging was beautiful, and so were the products. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received and will definitely shop again.

Quality product & delivery

This was a gift for my father and he loved it. I was conerned about overseas delivery but it arrived in perfect condition. The original delivery address needed to be changed but the logistics provider was very professional and responsive. Very good experience and I will purchase again in the future.
