Beautiful Persian engraved Ghalam-zani Copper candy bowl delicately hand-engraved by our artist based in Persian Heritage. Engraving (Ghalam-zani) is a term, for artistic metalworking, it is one of the original Persian handicraft, the art of engraving and embossing, hammering, repousse and chasing elaborate designs, patterns and shapes on metals such as copper, silver, gold, and brass to form minute detailed reliefs or small engraved patterns. Art engraving has a long history in Persian back to more than several thousand years ago.

Engraving (Ghalamzani) is the art of carving superb designs on various metals such as copper, brass, silver and gold. Persian Heritage is the main centre for this handicraft. The artistic work of this course is made by artists who are the glorious and undeniable indication of Previous metal work of Persian handicraft and Persian Heritage, in particular.

Great products, tolerable website

I would give the products themselves a 5/5. Great products (looks and feel) and also great presentation upon delivery. The only somewhat negative aspect of the Persis experience is that the website is quite a bit buggy, and the prices that you see when scrolling through products rarely match the actual price that is displayed when you click on the product, which is a bit misleading. Edit: The products are not always great, I bought the immortal necklace and the length and look of the necklace were completely different than what was advertised, and the pendant was bent.

My first time ordering from Persis for Nourooz gifts/card. I had an issue on the website so I emailed the next day. Arya assured me that my order had gone through along with the correct shipping address. Soon after on that same day, I got tracking info sent via email and received my order the very next day! All within 48 hours! The items are beautifully handcrafted and remind me how elegant and unique Persian art and style is. I was amazed by the craftsmanship of the Persian backgammon board I ordered. The intricate flower and chicken design is even more beautiful in person.
