Miniature Art Daf instrument
The daf instrument has a very simple structure. To make this instrument, collar, skin, and metal rings are required. The wooden collar is a circle on which the skin is stretched. This skin can be made of natural or artificial skin. Today, it is not used in most cases due to the high cost and disadvantages of natural leather compared to artificial leather. Synthetic leathers have a longer lifespan, lighter weight, and a fuller volume, which, like natural leather dafs, does not require special care.
About Daf’s painting
In this work, the artist Mirzaei has painted a famous painting by Farshchian called Qadh on this daf with acrylic paint, which is so beautiful that it can be used for decor purposes.
