Return Terms and Conditions
Merchandise purchased on www.persiscollection.com in its original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached must be returned within 30 days of the receiving date listed on the packing slip.
Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Items marked as “clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, merchandise purchased from a physical store location cannot be returned to our warehouse. We only accept returns for purchases made directly from persiscollection.com.
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@persiscollection.com within 2 business days of receipt, including your order number and clear images of the damaged item. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at our sole discretion in cases involving:
- An irregular or excessive return history of worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:
- Personalized, bespoke, or altered products made to your specifications
- Gift cards
- Products purchased in-store
- Final sale items
Please allow up to 8 business days from the date we receive your returned items for your account to be credited. We will notify you via email once the refund process is complete. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
